Board of SAO
The Board consists of the president and vice-president of the Supreme Audit Office, and members of the Board. The character and actions of the Collegium should follow the Act No. 166/1993 Coll. - the internal settlement adheres from the Collegium’s rules of procedures.
President
The head of the Supreme Audit Office, the president, acts in the name of SAO outwards, presides over the Collegium meetings and conferences of the Reproach Chamber, and coordinates activities of the SAO authorities.
Ing. František Dohnal

Vice-president
Substitutes all plenary powers of the president when the latter is absent and, in some particular cases, on behalf of the SAO with the president’s authorization and accounts to the president for the resolutions taken during the substitution period.

A member of the SAO Board controls auditing operations and draws up audit reports as well; participates in activities of the Collegium and takes part at the senates; like president or vice-president, has the possibility to put forward fuels for the audit plan organization; can propose a disciplinary proceedings initiation by the Reproach Chamber.
