Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic and the UAE Accountability Authority
PRESS RELEASE – SIGNING OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - 18 June 2026
Miloslav Kala, President of the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic (SAO), and HE Humaid Obaid Abushibs, Chairman of the UAE Accountability Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Thursday, 18 June 2026, at the SAO headquarters in Prague to promote cooperation in the field of public sector auditing.
The two leaders emphasised the importance of international cooperation in strengthening the role of supreme audit institutions. The cooperation will focus on knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices and professional experience.
The two institutions already work closely together within the Governing Board of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI).
