Office of the Vice-President

The office gathers background papers, opinions and comments written by SAO organisational units and SAO bodies for the Vice-President of the SAO. Furthermore, it organises meetings of the SAO Vice-President, takes notes from such meetings, keeps records of tasks set at the meetings and checks their fulfilment, and is responsible for the correspondence of the SAO Vice-President.

The following units form the office of the SAO Vice-President:

  • secretariat,
  • secretary to the Vice-President.
