The Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic (SAO) and the supreme audit institution (SAI) of Poland finished co-ordinated audit operations, which aimed at funds utilized for implementation of projects within the Operational Programme Cross-border Co-operation the Czech Republic – Poland 2007–2013.

U Operačního programu přeshraniční spolupráce ČR–PR víc chybují ti, kteří ho řídí, než samotní příjemci dotací
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na čerpání evropských dotací z Operačního programu přeshraniční spolupráce Česká republika – Polská republika v letech 2007 až 2012. Kromě Ministerstva pro místní rozvoj a Centra pro regionální rozvoj České republiky zkontroloval i 19 konkrétních projektů deseti příjemců dotací z řad krajů, měst, státních a příspěvkových organizací a občanských sdružení.

During five years, Air Navigation Services doubled their profit earning CZK 250 million a year
The Supreme Audit Office performed an audit of the state enterprise Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS) and its management in years 2011 and 2012. No serious shortcomings were found. Auditors also scrutinized the Ministry of Transport’s fulfilment of its duties as the state enterprise’s founder.
Zisky Řízení letového provozu se za pět let více než zdvojnásobily, vydělává čtvrt miliardy ročně
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na hospodaření státního podniku Řízení letového provozu ČR (ŘLP) v letech 2011 a 2012. Závažnější nedostatky kontroloři neodhalili. NKÚ také zkontroloval, jak Ministerstvo dopravy plnilo své povinnosti zakladatele tohoto státního podniku.

Diagnostic and educational institutes and schools for children with physical disabilities managed without serious errors
The Supreme Audit Office (SAO) performed an audit of six allowance organisations and their management within years 2011 and 2012. The allowance organisations, which were founded by the Ministry of Education, provide education to children with as well as without physical disabilities. The audit aimed at properties worth CZK 765.4 million in total and management with funds in the amount of CZK 87.6 million.
NKÚ zkontroloval diagnostické a výchovné ústavy a školy pro zdravotně postižené – hospodaří bez vážných pochybení
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na hospodaření šesti příspěvkových organizací ministerstva školství v letech 2011 a 2012. Příspěvkové organizace poskytují vzdělání a péči dětem se zdravotním postižením i bez něho. NKÚ zkontroloval majetek za 765,4 milionu korun a finanční prostředky ve výši 87,6 milionu korun.

The Czech Republic will not utilize all EU funds allocated for railway network modernisation
The Supreme Audit Office (SAO) performed an audit of modernisation of the railway network outside the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), i. e. outside the main corridor lines. The audited period was from 2009 to present. Auditors focused on electrification of railways.
Česká republika zřejmě nestihne vyčerpat evropské dotace na modernizaci železnic
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na financování modernizace železničních tratí mimo síť Trans European Network – Transport, tedy mimo hlavní koridorové tratě. Zkontroloval období od roku 2009 do současnosti. Kontroloři se soustředili především na elektrizaci železničních tratí.
Ministry of Finance unsuccessful in managing the foreign debt
The Supreme Audit Office (SAO) examined the procedures used by the Ministry of Finance to manage and recover the Czech Republic’s receivables of civilian nature. The amount of receivables exceeded CZK 122,000 million by the end of 1998.
